Can't fault the guys in the shop looked after us has soon as we walked in we were soaked from the rain gave us towels to dry off and got us all bottles of water . Very knowledgeable about there stock and nothing too much trouble A much better shopping experience than Stone Island London

Good store with knowledgeable staff. Special shout out to AJ who is a real stone island head and just a genuinely cool person. Always taking the time to keep me up to date and always willing to pull out cool pieces to show me details.

My favourite shop with my favourite brand this premium location immerses you in the magical Stone Island brand with all of its history and Italian roots although the story is extremely modern it displays the works of art very well. I cannot recommend this place highly enough

Called the NY store looking for some info on an exclusive Stone Island / New Balance shoe colab and I got blessed with Alejandro answering the phone. Not only did he have all the knowledge of the product (he knew they were running a half size big for others and recommended I size down a half size which we did and they fit perfectly) but he also went above and beyond to secure my purchase and had it shipped out to me with tracking same day! He even followed up on his own accord after the delivery date to make sure I was happy with the shoes. Can’t recommend enough that you ask for Alejandro’s assistance next time you’re shopping Stone Island. He’s a true professional who treated me more like a friend than a customer. Thanks Alejandro!

I was looking for a birthday gift for a friend here and I found this nice hoodie here at Stone Island. The store was well-maintained and super-friendly staff. I just want to give a shoutout to Emma who helped me find the perfect size and nicely wrapped everything up! Thank you so much and looking forward to shopping here again.

Hands down the best luxury shopping experience. I went in looking for a winter jacket, and Alejandro, laid-back, very personable, and beyond tapped in, greeted me and asked how he could help. He brought out several jackets for me to try, which made the process ten times easier and more enjoyable. Although I didn’t buy the jacket immediately, I kept in touch with Alejandro, and he held it for me. When I came back a couple of days later, he had it ready for me. Thank you, Stone Island, and thank you, Alejandro.

Always have been a supporter of Stone Island and this store was no different. Very kind and helpful staff, when we went in there was lots of product to choose from, left with another jacket to add to my collection. Definitely check it out if you’re interested!
